🕒 Block Party Hours
Vendors open at 11:00 AM
Music, vendors, and activities run throughout the day and evening
Festival ends at 11:00 PM
🎒 What to Bring
Friends!
Cash or card — Most vendors accept both, but having cash is always handy.
Tips/Donations — This block party is run on pure energy and the generosity of community members. We have no big corporate sponsors. Donations are welcome and tips for musicians are super appreciated.
Seating — The amphitheater has plenty of space for lawn chairs but no built-in seating. Bring a blanket or lawn chair.
Sun protection — Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are a good idea for daytime. An umbrella for shade or light rain would be smart, too!
Layers — October evenings can get chilly, so pack a jacket or sweater.
Disc Golf Discs — The local disc golf club will be doing two walk-throughs/demonstrations during the day. They’ll bring discs, but feel free to bring your own if you have them.
🛍️ Shopping & Vendors
A mix of artists, crafters, bakers, makers, and local businesses will be on-site.
Many booths feature unique, handmade, or locally sourced items.
Don’t forget to check out the food trucks and special treats like macarons and hot sauce!
🎶 Music & Entertainment
Live music at two stages: the Amphitheater and the East Pavilion by the baseball field.
Styles range from folk and acoustic roots to indie pop and hyperpop. There’s something for everyone!
Fun, family-friendly activities (like a whoopie pie eating contest) will be sprinkled in between sets.
🐾 Families & Kids
Activities for all ages, including face painting and interactive booths, throughout the day.
Family-friendly performances and spaces to enjoy the day together. More teen/adult-centered music in the evening.
🚗 Parking & Accessibility
Free parking is available first-come, first-served in the Deer Run Lot. Parking is allowed at the library parking lot after 5pm.
Handicap-accessible parking and restroom facilities are available.
🙌 Festival Etiquette
Be kind, patient, and respectful to all. This is a community celebration for everyone.
Please supervise children around stages and vendor booths.
Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
