When and where is the Deer Run Block Party?
Friday, October 10, 11 AM – 11 PM at the Deer Run Park located near the Holmes County Library and the baseball fields on Glen Drive.

How much does it cost to attend?
It’s free to attend! Just bring some cash or card to support local vendors and food trucks.

Is it family-friendly?
During the daytime, there will be vendors, food trucks, activities, and live music. In the evening, the music will be more adult focused.

Are pets allowed?
Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome. (Bonus: the park has a dog park!)

What should I bring?
A lawn chair or blanket for the amphitheater, cash/card for vendors, sunscreen, an umbrella for shade or sprinkles, and a good vibe.

Vendor FAQs

What kinds of vendors are you looking for?
We’re excited about arts, crafts, baked goods, produce, plants, and quirky creative booths. Think everything from handmade jewelry to knitted socks to bug collections. No multi-level-marketing or mass produced items, please.

What does it cost to vend?
$20 for a booth plus a cooler of water bottles to hand out to attendees, but fees may be waived for small or first-time vendors.

Is space limited?
Yes. We’ll be curating booths, so apply early!

Do vendors need to bring their own setup?
Yes. Tables, chairs, tents, displays, bring what you need for your booth.

Where do I sign up?
You can sign up to be a vendor here.

Performer FAQs

How do I apply to perform?
Fill out the performer form on our website with your music style, links, and tech needs.

How long are performance slots?
Most sets are 45–60 minutes with short breaks in between.

Is sound provided?
Yes, we’ll have a sound engineer on-site. Bring your instruments and any unique gear you need.

What does it pay?
Indicate your rate in the sign up form and our team will look it over.

Volunteer FAQs

What can I do to help?
Volunteers help with setup, teardown, info booths, parking, kids’ activities, and general crowd magic.

Do volunteers get perks?
Yes! You’ll get our undying gratitude, a cool role title (like “Joy Wrangler”), and likely some snacks.

How do I sign up?
Fill out the volunteer form and we’ll be in touch with shifts and roles.

Sponsor FAQs

Why should I sponsor the Block Party?

We offer sponsorship tiers starting at $1 and up, plus options to directly sponsor elements like musicians or kids’ activities.
